These terms govern use of Printryx's software and print-ordering service. By using this service — whether as a subscribing print shop or as a customer printing a document — you agree to these terms.
Printryx is a QR-code-based ordering system: a print shop displays a QR code, a customer scans it to upload and configure a document, and the file is sent directly to that shop's printer. We provide the software connecting these two sides; we do not own, staff, or operate any physical print shop.
You may not use this service to print or transmit illegal content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or to attempt to abuse, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
The Printryx name, software, and platform design are the property of Printryx. Documents you upload remain your own property at all times — we claim no rights over your content, and it is deleted immediately after printing.
Printryx provides this service "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to printer downtime, network issues outside our control, or disputes between a shop and its customers.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
